    We offer both original paintings and high-quality prints. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind and indicated as such on the product page. Prints are produced using professional printers and materials.
  • Do the artworks come framed? Can I get framing recommendations?
    Artwork typically comes unframed unless otherwise specified or requested. We're happy to provide style suggestions that complement the artwork and framing recommendations as well as purchase links. You can contact us for framing suggestions before or after making the purchase.
  • Are commissions accepted? How does the commission process work?

  • What is the expected lifespan of purchased artwork?
    We use artist-grade paints, papers, canvas, and other materials for each of our original artworks. Our prints are also made with high-quality materials. However the lifespan is subjective to environment and care it receives during its lifetime.
  • How should I care for my artwork to ensure its longevity?
    Specific care instructions depend on the artwork's medium. In general, to preserve your artwork, please avoid direct sunlight, maintain stable temperatures and avoid extremes, keep your artwork away from moisture.
  • Can I add custom messages or gift wrapping options to my artwork purchase?
    Absolutely! We offer custom messages and gift wrapping options. Please add your specifications during checkout or contact us to discuss.
  • Where do I find latest and more artworks?
    Find us on Instagram (@whatacurls), Pinterest and Youtube for inspiration and the latest artwork.
  • Are there any free painting tutorials available?
    Yes! We offer a few free tutorials on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/Whatacurls You can also access my Skillshare classes with a free account using this link: https://skl.sh/3u9e3aj Additionally, we share tutorials via our newsletter. Make sure you've signed up for your free subscription!
  • Is international shipping offered?
    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! The delivery timelines will be available after filling the address form at checkout. We do offer express shipping as well.
  • Which shipping companies are used?
    FedEx, UHS is used for international shipping. For domestic (India) our partners are Delhivery, Shift, Bluedart, DTDC
  • How are shipping costs calculated? Will I see the final shipping cost at checkout?
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Are courses and workshops live, pre-recorded, or a mix?
    Courses (via platforms like Skillshare, Teachable) are generally recorded unlike Workshops which are live. We also offer long and short duration programmes that bundles live workshops along with relevant recorded courseworks, watch out our social media or newsletter for offers on them.
  • How long will I have access to course materials?
    Most of our courses are lifetime accessible. However with platforms like Skillshare courses are accessible until the subscription lasts.
  • Is any prior experience needed to take the courses?
    No! Our beginner courses are meant for enthusiasts who want to try their hands on painting, some are intended to brush-up the concepts. However, the intermediate and advance level courses do have pre-requisite which will be distinctively mentioned in the brouchers.
  • Is there a way to interact with other students or the instructor?
    There are multiple channels of communication we encourage. Before the commencement of the course, all your queries will be handled with utmost priority over mail or social media. During the coursework, the platform communication channels like forums are prefferred. At Whatacurls, we believe art is a journey for life, we always remain accessible for any art related queries over social media and mail.
  • Are courses offered for beginners, intermediate, or advanced artists?
    We offer courses for all the levels, and also teach them subject wise. If you're unsure whether you will benefit from the course, we will help you make that decision.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept payments over Razorpay, Paypal in multiple currencies which cover all the major card providers worldwide.
  • How is payment information secured?
    We at Whatacurls.com do no directly process the payments, our payment gateway partners i.e, Razorpay, Paypal make sure payment information is handled in most secured way.
  • What is the refund policy for courses?
    All courses materials would be available once purchased, we do not provide refund after purchasing a couse. However do allow certain exceptions, reach out to us for this.
  • What is the refund policy for courses?
    We have a limited return policy. In general, we do not accept returns on original artwork.
  • Do you ever consider exceptions to your return policy?
    We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us over the email to discuss your situation.
  • What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
    Document: Thoroughly record the unpacking process with clear video footage, showing the condition of both the packaging and the artwork. Contact Us Immediately: Email us with the video footage, and a description of the damage.
